Oh Canada!

This time next week, we will be up in the northern lands of moose and snow!  10 inches fell last week in one of our destinations in Saskatchewan.  Sheesh! We’re packing lots of layers.  (Check our Facebook page for detail tour info.)  And please pass the word on if you know anyone up in Alberta and Saskatchewan provinces who likes the old-time country swing and bluegrass music.

Greetings from Vivants headquarters!

The last couple months we’ve been busy bees working on our new album (thank you Kickstarter community!), designing a new t-shirt and we just posted a bunch of  upcoming performances, including the 2013 San Francisco Bluegrass + Old Time Festival!

Starting Feb. 7th there will be a heap of great music being played all over SF, the East Bay and Marin County.  The Vivants will be joining in Monday, Feb. 9th with Toshio Hirano and The Black Crown Stringband at Amnesia Bar.    Hope to see yawl out there soon!
